Gratuities policy.
We do not add gratuities to your bill. All tips and gratuities received go directly to the Team, in line with the Payment of Wages (Amendment) (Tips and Gratuities) Act 2022.
Tips are shared by the Team – between front of house and kitchen, part-time and full-time, through a system controlled by staff representatives.
