We do not add gra­tu­ities to your bill. All tips and gra­tu­ities received go directly to the Team, in line with the Pay­ment of Wages (Amend­ment) (Tips and Gra­tu­ities) Act 2022.

Tips are shared by the Team – between front of house and kitchen, part-​time and full-​time, through a sys­tem con­trolled by staff rep­re­sen­ta­tives.
